Yiayia Nitsa’s recipes began on the island of Skopelos, where our family cooked with whatever the land, sea, and seasons offered. Simple ingredients. Slow methods. Big flavors. Meals shared with laughter, stories, and generations around the same table.
From Skopelos to mainland Greece, these dishes traveled with our family; first with our grandmother, who cooked every meal with love, care, and the kind of intuition only a true Greek Yiayia has. She passed those recipes to our mother, who carried the tradition forward, adding her own touches while never losing the soul of the originals.
Today, those same recipes live with us.
